14-day money-back guarantee
- Any purchase (monthly, yearly or lifetime) can be refunded in full within 14 days, no questions asked.
- To ask for a refund, reply to your receipt email or write to support@luminarklabs.com with your order number.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method through Lemon Squeezy, our reseller. Depending on your bank they can take 5–10 days to appear.
- After a refund, the licence key stops working.
Subscriptions
- You can cancel any time from the link in your receipt email. The plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and you won't be charged again.
- Renewals more than 14 days old aren't refunded, but if you forgot to cancel and haven't used the app since the renewal, write to us and we'll look at it kindly.
